Summer Mix

 

We couldn't believe it, but the girls actually stayed awake this year to watch their first fireworks in Manlius. It was well worth the wait.

 

 We had a blast at the Lockheed Family Day! Ella even waited in a REALLY long line to bungee. 

 

 

 

 

 We had never seen so many bouncy houses in one place. The girls just went from one to another.

We celebrated Cassi's birthday at our house with some family and friends

 Ella loved swimming so much, she even wore her goggles to eat birthday cake:)

 

Our trip to the dentist. Ella loved being the big girl and showing Ava how it was done

 

 

 Ava jumped right into the chair and never batted an eyelash. She reminds us all that Dr. Nolan said, "not too many treats because it's bad for your teeth!"

 Ava has also been taking gymnastics class this summer while Ella is at summer camp. She is a balance beam pro!

This is what Ava created one day while at Grammy and Gramps's house...who knows, only Ava?? 

Another first as we cut Ava's hair. She had been begging for me to do it forever and the woman that cut Ella's hair isn't there anymore so mommy was the stylist:)

 The girls have loved picking tomatoes from the garden, although Ava has yet to try one.

 

 

 Blackberries, on the other hand, are a favorite "snack" as they call them. They love to run back and forth to eat them one at a time.
